New Strength and Balance class
You spoke and we listened!
As requested we’ve added a brand new Leisure and Lifestyle class into the mix – Strength and Balance.
The class kicks off in Term 3 at our Bald Hills campus. It will run on a Friday afternoon from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, straight after the Mosiac class (Hint: Your entire Friday afternoon is sorted!)
The program will be delivered by an accredited exercise physiologist and is designed to improve balance, strength and mobility. for greater functionality in day-to-day life.
The class itself will incorporate two clinical assessment sessions which will allow the exercise physiologist to tailor the class to your abilities, ensuring you feel safe during the class, and will give you the opportunity to see your progress throughout the term.
