Lyndon’s Lasting Legacy
There’s one special pup that has a lasting legacy to carry with him
Beryl and her husband Lyndon were wonderful supporters of Guide Dogs for many years. After living a very full life, he recently passed away in his 90s.
In his memory, Beryl has very generously made a gift to cover the cost of raising and training a Guide Dog puppy. ‘Lyndon’ was that lucky puppy.
Puppy ‘Lyndon’ is now a fully trained Guide Dog and is about to be matched with a Queenslander who has low vision. From the moment he was born, he has worked hard, passed every test and made the grade to become a resilient, dedicated and loyal companion.
His journey to become a Guide Dog is a very fitting way to honour a generous and kind hearted man.
Lyndon’s lasting legacy, and the legacy of many others like him help us to change the lives of Queenslanders with low or no vision every year. Please contact us if you would like to find out how you can leave a lasting gift.
