NDIS Support Coordination for Low Vision and Blindness
Following your feedback, we’re excited to share that GDQ has facilitated a vision-focused NDIS Support Coordination service for clients in Queensland. The new service will be provided by our sister school at Guide Dogs Victoria, which has been successfully providing NDIS Support Coordination for clients with low vision for nine years.
The GDV Support Coordination team is a dedicated group of professionals with extensive expertise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme and supporting participants with low vision or blindness. The team brings a broad range of experience from across the disability sector, including lived experience. As a Support Coordination client, you’ll work closely with one of our team members to navigate the complexities of the NDIS and achieve your goals. A client of Guide Dogs Victoria’s Support Coordination service recently said – ‘I’ve been using Support Coordination services for some time now and have always felt incredibly supported by this compassionate and professional team. A great deal of work into my recent NDIS Plan Review, in conjunction with my OT, which delivered an excellent outcome’.
