Introducing the New Low Vision Clinic – In Partnership with QUT Optometry
Guide Dogs Queensland is excited to launch a new Low Vision Clinic in collaboration with the QUT Optometry Health Clinic. This unique program combines expert support from our team with QUT final year Optometry students, under supervision.
The clinic will run fortnightly from Friday 1 August to 24 October 2025 at the Anderson Centre, Bald Hills Campus. Each session offers a full optometry assessment, a personalised consultation with a Guide Dogs Queensland practitioner, and where relevant, a review of low vision aids and service referrals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to stay on top of your vision health while helping train the next generation of optometrists.
Appointments are limited and booking is essential.
For more information or to book your appointment, please email clients@guidedogsqld.com.au or 07 3500 9060.
