At Guide Dogs Queensland, we’re proud to be leading the charge to make Queensland more inclusive for people with low vision and blindness. We’d love to have your join us on Tuesday 31 May as we officially begin our journey to becoming authentically inclusive to Australia’s First Nations Peoples.

What you can expect on the day:

  • 9am – 9.30am: Client and Staff Arrival
  • 9.30am – 10am: Acknowledgement of Country
  • 10.15am – 10.45am: Sharing of Cultural Knowledge
  • 11am – 11.45am: Ochre Meditation or Art Activity (Clay Coolamons/ Yarning Sticks)
  • 12pm – 12.45pm: Ochre Meditation or Art Activity (Clay Coolamons/ Yarning Sticks)
  • 1pm – 2pm: Catered Lunch
