Want an exciting adventure next School Holidays? Come to Guide Dogs for camp!

Guide Dogs kids camp is back for 2023.

Secure your opportunity for fun, adventure, and a chance to meet new friends by registering for one of our upcoming holiday training and adventure camps at the Guide Dogs campus in Bald Hills.

Grades 8-10, join us 18 to 22 September
Grades 10-12, join us 27 November to 1 December

The camps are a fun mix of adventure, travelling and life skill-building, designed to equip you to achieve great things in life. You’ll get the chance to meet new friends from across Queensland, have some fun, travel to places you’ve never been, experience what it’s like to have a Guide Dog and be adventurous trying new things like blind cricket or rock-climbing!

Thanks to our generous donors, the cost for each student is only $300, which includes all activities, meals and accommodation. If needed, flights to and from Brisbane will be included for regional participants.

Do you live in Brisbane? Be a day camper!

If you are based in Brisbane, join us for all the fun each day and stay home each night! Simply arrange for a responsible parent or guardian to drop you off daily at 9:00am at the Bald Hills campus. Pick up time is 6:00pm daily. Cost is only $200 and includes all activities and meals.

Register today!

Registrations are open now and it’s never too early to secure your spot.

You can find the application form here.

September camp registrations close 14 August (Grades 8-10)
November camp registrations close 23 October (Grades 10-12)

The camp cost can be claimed under your NDIS plan either under capacity building or core. Please note on your application form if you would like to discuss NDIS invoicing.
