We hold an annual Puppy Pals Day, which is exclusive to Puppy Pal members and their loved ones, so you can come along and meet the puppies. It’s a pawsome day to check out the digs here at Bald Hills, experience a training session in action and most impawtantly, meet some of the adorable puppies. Even if you can’t come along on the day, we share the photos afterwards, so you won’t miss out!
From just $25 every 4 weeks or an annual payment of $250, you can become a Puppy Pal and support this pack of precious pups on their journey to become the next generation of working Guide Dogs.
Your recurring donation can be made by automatic debits from a credit card or a nominated bank account. This can be done every four weeks or annually.

Yes, you can. Puppy Pal members receive an annual tax receipt in July each year, which includes a summary of all donations from the previous financial year. All donations are tax deductible

We understand that your circumstances may change. If you would like to suspend your membership for a period of time or adjust the amount you donate, please call our Puppy Pals Team on 1800 810 122. You can also cancel your membership at any time, our team are happy to help in any way we can.
Yes, you can certainly gift a Puppy Pal membership.
After you’ve signed up online you can contact our Puppy Pals Team via email at puppy@guidedogsqld.com.au or call 1800 810 122 to let us know who your gift recipient is and where to send their welcome pack and pupdates.
It can take up to four weeks from the date of your first donation for your welcome pack to be sent. If this time has passed, please email puppy@guidedogsqld.com.au or call our Puppy Pals Team on 1800 810 122.
